Deborah is a Coach who believes in Excellence, Integrity and Respect and is committed to the success of her clients!
As an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), a Certified Graduate Coach (ICG), a Certified ColourSpectrums (TM) Facilitator and a Certified World Class Speaking Coach, she partners with clients in three specific areas: Speaking Coaching, ColourSpectrums (TM) facilitation and Discovery-based Life Coaching.
o Deborah is an avid speaker, speech competitor and workshop facilitator.
o Since 2005 she has given countless speeches and presentations. She has also competed in over fifty speech contests, and from 2021-2025 won eight Toastmasters Division Contests in a row in all five of the Toastmasters speech contests in 3 different Districts, achieving three District 3rd place finishes (D42 and D123 in 2022 and D123 in 2025) and one District 2nd place finish (D86 in 2024).
o As a ColourSpectrums (TM) workshop facilitator she offers three group workshops: the “Introductory Session” where participants discover their own personal ColourSpectrum (TM) and how it impacts communication, perception, conflict and decision-making, “Brightening Pale Colours” where clients learn how to strengthen their paler colours, giving themselves more resources to draw upon, and a full day Stress Management and Conflict Resolution workshop.
o As an Associate Certified Coach Deborah partners with clients using a discovery-based model of coaching that allows clients to explore areas or concern, enhancing self-awareness, removing roadblocks, and setting realistic goals for themselves.
o She is the author of “Deb’s Dose of Inspiration,” a monthly blog designed to inspire and encourage others.
o Deborah is a strong believer in the value of continuous learning and believes in “Excellence in Everything.”
o Her passion lies in coaching others and watching them grow both personally and professionally.
